About the Role
You will build, scale, and maintain AWS infrastructure to support rapid product growth and high event-driven traffic. You will implement and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation, create new services and full environment stacks, monitor and resolve production incidents, optimize cloud costs, support CI/CD pipelines, perform on-call duties during key events, and collaborate closely with developers and the CTO.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of internet and network protocols
- Experience with Redis Aurora or other managed databases
- Experience handling production incidents
- Mature approach to Infrastructure as Code
- Understanding of cloud cost management
- Independence and proactivity
Responsibilities
- Support and develop AWS infrastructure
- Develop and improve infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Create new services and provision full sets of environments
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
- Prepare infrastructure for high event-driven traffic loads
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs (Aurora ACU ALB LCU Redis sizing)
- Support and maintain CI/CD processes
- Perform on-call duty during key events
- Collaborate closely with developers and the CTO
