About the Role

You will build and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation for production systems. You will author and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, operate and tune AWS services, configure networking, and manage secrets and IAM. You will build CI/CD pipelines, write automation scripts, and work with containers to streamline deployments. You will monitor infrastructure health, respond to alerts, participate in incident resolution and disaster recovery drills, and perform database and OS level administration. You will collaborate with development teams, take ownership of operational issues, and maintain runbooks and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
  • Minimum 3+ years in DevOps roles
  • AWS experience (EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3, ALB/NLB)
  • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • Container tools experience (Docker, ECS, Portainer, Coolify)
  • Source code management and CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines or GitHub Actions)
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, and/or Node.js)
  • Linux and Windows Server administration experience
  • RDS management experience
  • Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Maintain stability and performance of AWS services
  • Support networking configurations including VPCs, security groups, and load balancers
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Develop automation scripts in Bash, Python, Node.js, or PowerShell
  • Work with container technologies such as Docker and ECS
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows
  • Support secrets management, IAM policies, and encryption standards
  • Execute backups and participate in disaster recovery drills
  • Monitor infrastructure health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana
  • Respond to alerts and participate in incident resolution
  • Support RDS operations including PostgreSQL and SQL Server backups and performance tuning
  • Perform OS-level administration on Linux and Windows servers
  • Collaborate with development teams on deployment workflows
  • Maintain documentation and runbooks
