About the Role
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation for production systems, including Infrastructure-as-Code, AWS services, networking, secrets and IAM, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, database administration, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area
- At least 3 years of DevOps experience
- AWS experience with EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3, and ALB/NLB
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with Docker, ECS, Portainer, and Coolify
- Source control and CI/CD experience with Bitbucket Pipelines or GitHub Actions
- Scripting experience with Bash, Python, and/or Node.js
- Linux and Windows Server administration experience
- RDS management experience
- Hands-on ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
- AWS certifications preferred
- Fintech, blockchain, or financial services experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Maintain the stability and performance of AWS services
- Support VPC, security group, and load balancer configurations
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines
- Develop automation scripts with Bash, Python, Node.js, or PowerShell
- Work with Docker, ECS, Portainer, and Coolify
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows
- Support secrets management, IAM policies, and encryption standards
- Execute backups and participate in disaster recovery drills
- Monitor infrastructure with CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Respond to alerts and participate in incident resolution
- Support RDS operations, backups, and performance tuning
- Perform Linux and Windows Server administration
- Collaborate with development teams on deployment workflows
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and runbooks
