About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer at Incode, you will support and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an AI-driven identity verification platform. You will design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments, set up new cloud environments, perform system upgrades, and manage infrastructure automation with Terraform. You will troubleshoot production issues, improve monitoring and logging with tools like Prometheus, Loki, and ELK, and collaborate with developers to resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges. You will also contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and automation improvements while staying curious about AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and DevOps practices.

Requirements

  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployments, services, pods, ingress, and troubleshooting
  • Practical experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, and IAM
  • Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S
  • Experience supporting developers with infrastructure and deployment topics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments for scalability, resilience, and security
  • Set up new cloud environments and perform system upgrades
  • Manage infrastructure automation with Terraform
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues in production
  • Support and improve monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Loki, ELK, or similar stacks
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve infrastructure, deployment, and environment challenges
  • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and automation improvements
  • Improve stability, automation, and scalability of infrastructure
