You will build and maintain blockchain networks, protocols, and secure, scalable infrastructure. You will improve infrastructure security, automation, and monitoring; run testnets; administer Linux servers; document systems; apply peer-to-peer networking security practices; and communicate threat models and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Experience managing highly available server infrastructure
- Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures
- Experience setting up and maintaining software in data center and cloud environments
- Deep understanding of sockets, the full networking stack, and Linux security
- Knowledge of automation and CI/CD processes and tools
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment technologies
- Understanding of blockchain technology
- Knowledge of cryptography and security best practices
- Open-source community contributions
Responsibilities
- Build secure and reliable infrastructure to monitor, detect, and mitigate performance and security issues
- Perform routine and proactive system administration for Linux servers
- Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation
- Apply peer-to-peer networking security best practices
- Create, maintain, and communicate threat models and risk assessments for operated systems
