About the Role
You will scale and standardise AWS infrastructure, work with production systems, and improve system reliability. You will migrate legacy EC2 and Ansible setups to Terraform and modern architectures, build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging. You will optimise infrastructure costs and prepare infrastructure to meet security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps in fintech or crypto environments
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and production environments
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- English level B2+
- Fluent Russian
- Familiarity with security standards (PCI DSS, ISO, SOC2) - nice to have
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, RDS, SSM)
- Migrate legacy EC2 and Ansible solutions to Terraform and modern architecture
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging (Sentry, ELK, VictoriaMetrics)
- Optimise infrastructure costs and improve system efficiency
- Prepare infrastructure to meet security and regulatory requirements
