About the Role

You will engage directly with developers across forums, social channels, and events to provide support and build relationships. You will create tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and videos to help developers adopt products. You will troubleshoot technical issues, gather developer feedback, help improve documentation, and assist in organizing hackathons, workshops, and webinars. You will also represent the product in online communities and at events.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong passion for technology and software development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
  • Familiarity with software development tools and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in developer relations, technical writing, or community management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with developers through online forums, social media, and events
  • Create technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, and sample code
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot developer issues
  • Collect and communicate developer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Organize and support hackathons, workshops, webinars, and conferences
  • Improve product documentation based on developer feedback
  • Advocate for products by participating in developer communities and speaking at events
