About the Role
You will create technical resources about deploying production AI workloads. You will turn field patterns into guides, demonstrations, and open-source examples; teach through talks, workshops, and video; grow reach through community relationships and collaborations; represent the organization at conferences and podcasts; and share practitioner feedback to shape priorities.
Requirements
- Experience deploying and operating production AI workloads, ideally in an enterprise
- Knowledge of MLOps and observability for reliable, high-performance AI systems
- Understanding of internal AI infrastructure and organizational AI adoption
- Experience writing or speaking about AI deployment or infrastructure
- Established following or professional network among enterprise AI and infrastructure practitioners
- Experience using collaborations and community relationships to expand technical reach
- Ability to work with technical, marketing, and customer-facing groups
Responsibilities
- Grow reach among enterprise AI and infrastructure practitioners
- Use professional relationships to introduce technical work to relevant communities
- Develop projects with practitioners, customers, and partners and plan distribution
- Create technical material about production AI deployment
- Turn field patterns into guides, demonstrations, and open-source examples
- Teach through talks, workshops, and video
- Represent the organization at conferences, podcasts, and online communities
- Track enterprise practitioner problems and share patterns with technical and go-to-market leaders
- Use field evidence to help set Developer Relations priorities
