You will provide production support and mentor and guide team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience, familiar with Linux environment
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
- Write clean and efficient code in Rust or C++
- Strong interest in financial markets and blockchain technologies
- Own deliverables' reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Analyse and tackle complex problems with elegant solutions
- Exposure to multithreading, web protocol (e.g. websocket, RESTful), or high throughput/low latency design is a plus
- Experience in mentoring and guiding team members
