About the Role
Analyze DeFi projects, particularly the Morpho ecosystem, design and rebalance Vault strategies, manage risk, develop automation bots, monitor yields, review smart contracts, collect Web3 metrics, and build dashboards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems
- Ability to understand the basic structure of Solidity contracts and analyze code
- Ability to write Web3 scripts using Python or JavaScript
- Logical analytical ability based on data-driven thinking
- Ability to read technical documents in English
- Solidity development and contract deployment experience is preferred
- Experience using major DeFi protocols such as Morpho or Aave is preferred
- Experience using on-chain data analysis tools such as Dune or Arkham is preferred
- On-chain data analysis experience on non-EVM chains such as Solana or Sui is preferred
- Risk management or DAO operations experience is preferred
- Business-level spoken English is preferred
