DeFi Developer Co-Lead (Solidity)
StableUnit is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform offering a yield-bearing stablecoin, USD Pro, which users can borrow against their crypto assets, including LP tokens. It features passive rewards, optional liquidation insurance, and allows users to earn yield on their collateral through automated DeFi strategies. The platform is designed to be multi-chain and censorship-resistant.
About StableUnit
StableUnit is a next-generation decentralized stablecoin platform that allows users to borrow a yield-bearing stablecoin, USD Pro, against various crypto assets. The platform is built on a battle-tested collateralized debt position model, connecting collateral selection, loan issuance, and yield distribution. It supports positions from leading DEXs and yield protocols as collateral, as well as blue-chip crypto assets. A key feature is optional liquidation insurance, which can restore a user's position if the price rebounds within two months after a dip below the liquidation point. The platform also allows users to influence protocol rewards through a voting system and can automatically route deposited funds into top DeFi strategies to maximize returns. USD Pro, the platform's stablecoin, is pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar, is over-collateralized by crypto assets on-chain, cannot be frozen by any authority, and offers passive rewards through a non-rebasing yield model, ensuring full DeFi composability as an ERC-20 token. Its yield is derived from borrowing fees, liquidation gains, and conversion fees. The platform emphasizes security with multiple audits and a bug bounty program. The governance is managed by the SuDAO, with a finite supply governance token that allows stakers to participate in liquidations, vote on incentives, and influence security governance.
Skills
About the Role
You will design and implement Solidity smart contracts and overall protocol architecture for a complex DeFi system. You will build, test, and deploy production-grade contracts to mainnet, integrate OpenZeppelin libraries and modern DeFi primitives, and implement multichain and oracle integrations. You will follow DeFi security best practices, prepare code for audits, and iterate on protocol design to meet production and risk requirements. You may work full-time, part-time, or on a project basis and will collaborate closely with other architects and auditors.
Requirements
- Deployed DeFi Solidity contracts on mainnet within the last 12 months
- Knowledge of OpenZeppelin libraries
- Understanding of modern DeFi primitives
- System design experience with DeFi protocols such as CDP and lending
- Experience with DeFi security and best practices
- Prior experience with at least one of multichain projects mission critical oracle yield aggregators CDP or algorithmic stablecoins or lending protocols
- Deep knowledge of Solidity EVM and opcode and ability to solve advanced Solidity challenges
- Willingness to provide two mainnet smart contract addresses you developed
