About the Role
You will build and maintain dashboards and data sources that enable self-serve analytics, turn logs, events, and operational signals into clear priorities, and run deep dives that inform leadership. You will reconcile metric definitions, run acceptance tests, close instrumentation gaps, and partner with Product and Customer stakeholders to drive metric adoption and reliable answers.
Requirements
- Structured approach to problem solving and ability to turn fuzzy questions into clear analyses
- Strong bias for action and ownership of end-to-end analyses from framing to follow-through
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced SQL skills including complex joins and handling messy schemas
- Advanced experience with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, Tableau, Omni, or Hex
- 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, product analytics, consulting, or related roles
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and data sources that enable self-serve analytics
- Establish a rhythm of insights discovery and surface what matters
- Ensure metric quality by reconciling definitions and running acceptance tests
- Close instrumentation gaps and improve data reliability
- Turn logs, events, and operational workflows into actionable priorities
- Support leadership with deep dives and analyses
- Partner with Product and Customer teams to drive adoption of metrics and tools
