About the Role
You will own the metrics for a product area, identify where users get stuck or drop off, and turn those insights into product bets that ship. You will build instrumentation, semantic models, experiments, and proactive systems while maintaining trusted data quality, definitions, and lineage.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and Python
- Applied statistics
- Experimentation, including A/B and growth testing
- Understanding of user behavior, activation, engagement, and retention
- Ability to build instrumentation, metrics, and agents
- Ability to provide directional answers quickly and apply rigor when needed
- Entrepreneurial approach
- Ability to work with product and engineering teams
