About the Role
You will own the growth funnel from acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion. You will identify high-leverage opportunities, design and analyze experiments, build instrumentation and metrics, and work directly with growth engineering to ship changes that improve funnel outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and Python
- Applied statistics
- Experience with A/B and growth testing
- Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Ability to build systems and agents that proactively surface growth opportunities
- Ability to work with directional results while applying rigor when needed
- Entrepreneurial and autonomous approach

- Own growth funnel metrics end to end
- Drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Identify high-leverage funnel opportunities
- Turn opportunities into experiments that ship
- Design, run, and analyze growth experiments
- Build growth instrumentation, metrics, and agents
- Help shape the growth data function
