About the Role
You will build dashboards and analyze onchain data across Stake, Liquid and Cash products. You will benchmark performance, improve analytics interfaces, support product launches, track retention and revenue, prepare investor analysis and translate complex data into clear narratives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science or analytics engineering
- Experience in crypto, fintech or financial markets is preferred
- Ability to independently build data infrastructure
- Strong command of SQL
- Experience with Dune Analytics
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, Amplitude or similar tools
- Experience with onchain data and smart contract analytics
- Knowledge of The Graph, Flipside, Dune or similar blockchain query tools
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for crypto and DeFi
- Investor relations or analyst briefing experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product dashboards
- Track TVL, user funnels, account performance and protocol cash flows
- Analyze onchain data for product and growth decisions
- Shape user incentive strategies
- Benchmark performance against competitors and market trends
- Improve analytics in internal and user-facing interfaces
- Support go-to-market planning for product launches
- Track user retention and protocol revenue
- Prepare analysis for investor calls and ecosystem updates
- Translate complex data into clear narratives
