About the Role
You will build data pipelines, warehousing solutions, dashboards, and self-service tools for safety monitoring and enforcement. You will integrate data sources, maintain data quality and alerting, support analysis of misuse patterns, and apply governance, access, retention, and privacy practices.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for safety monitoring, abuse detection, and enforcement workflows
- Develop and optimize data models and warehousing solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- Integrate model outputs, user reports, and automated classifiers into a unified analytical layer
- Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting
- Surface data insights that inform model improvements and safety interventions
- Develop self-service data tooling and reporting
- Contribute to data governance, access control, retention, and privacy-compliant handling
