About the Role

You will manage daily physical security at the Batam Data Center, including contract security, reception, visitors, access control, patrols, security systems, inspections, incidents, investigations, documentation, and audit support. You will coordinate remedial actions and maintain compliance with site and customer security requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience managing contract security teams
  • Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure
  • Knowledge of physical security systems
  • Experience managing visitors and customer security requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage physical security operations at the Batam Data Center
  • Maintain security standards and site-procedure compliance
  • Inspect security controls
  • Manage the Securitas security contract
  • Supervise security officers and service-level performance
  • Oversee reception security, visitor registration, identity verification, and visitor records
  • Coordinate secure customer, contractor, VIP, and government visits
  • Maintain CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
  • Conduct physical security inspections and coordinate remedial actions
  • Coordinate on-site security incident responses and emergency services
  • Investigate physical security events and produce incident reports
  • Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, and customer security audits
