About the Role
You will own data center capex, opex, and cash forecasts across sites and scenarios. You will build forecasting models and systems, lead scenario analysis for sites, deals, and capital raises, and work with delivery, development, and accounting to keep forecasts aligned with operations.
Requirements
- Experience leading financial forecasting for capital-intensive infrastructure
- Experience building driver-based capex models for board decisions
- Forecasting accuracy analysis against actuals
- Experience building and leading a small team
Responsibilities
- Own data center capex, opex, and cash forecasts across sites and scenarios
- Build forecasting drivers, models, and systems
- Run scenario analysis for site sequencing, deals, and capital raises
- Partner with delivery, development, and accounting to align forecasts with operations
