About the Role

You will own analytics for stablecoins and rewards initiatives, defining core metrics, building dashboards, and producing analyses that inform product, rewards, and network strategy. You will translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped data problems and deliver decision-ready outputs (dashboards, analyses, memos, reports). You will partner with data engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to shape and improve data models in Snowflake and dbt, ensuring domains are trusted and documented. You will use AI-powered tooling (Snowflake native AI, Cortex, Claude/Claude Code, Streamlit) to accelerate analysis, improve model quality, and prototype workflows. You will support regulatory reporting, audits, and exam requests, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data and analytics roles, ideally in product or financial/fintech environments
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying large, complex datasets and reasoning about data model design
• Hands-on dashboarding and data visualization experience with Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
• Experience with metrics development, data modeling concepts, and basic statistics on a modern warehouse + modeling stack (e.g., Snowflake + dbt)
• Comfort with Git-based workflows for managing analytics code and assets, including branching, pull requests, code review, and CI/CD
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in analytics workflows (Snowflake-native AI, Cortex, Claude Code, Streamlit)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical and quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder and requirements-gathering skills, including work on regulatory reporting, audit, and exam requests
• Growth mindset and high adaptability; comfortable with ambiguity and eager to experiment with new tools

• Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped data problems
• Partner with data engineering and stakeholders to shape and improve data models in Snowflake and dbt
• Use AI-powered tooling to accelerate analysis, improve model quality, and prototype analytics workflows
• Contribute to regulatory reporting, audits, and exam requests ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
