About the Role

Analyze customer on-site data and product logs to produce quantitative insights demonstrating product value. Define analysis questions and hypotheses, extract and process large datasets with SQL, apply statistical and causal inference methods using Python or R, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. Communicate findings to engineers and customer teams and feed analysis back into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of practical experience in enterprise data analysis projects
  • Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning using Python or R
  • Experience extracting and aggregating large datasets using SQL
  • Experience independently defining analysis questions tied to business problems
  • Practical experience applying statistical analysis such as regression, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and effect evaluation
  • Experience summarizing analysis into reports and presentations for non-technical audiences
  • Interest in domestic and international product and service trends
  • Experience with BI visualization using Tableau or PowerBI (preferred)
  • Experience working with retail, distribution, or service operational data (preferred)
  • Experience in product management, business proposal/decision support from analysis, or collaborating with sales/CS/consulting to drive analysis (preferred)
  • Experience understanding enterprise customer issues and proposing quantitative and qualitative solutions (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Structure ambiguous customer and product problems and formulate analysis questions and hypotheses
  • Extract, process, and aggregate sales, inventory, KPI, and usage log data using SQL
  • Quantify product implementation effects using statistical causal inference methods
  • Add insights and propose measures, and compile analysis into reports
  • Explain and present analysis results to internal engineers, customer management, and client stakeholders
  • Provide analysis feedback to drive product improvements
