About the Role
You will serve as the owner's commissioning site manager across multiple sites. You will direct contractors, designers, commissioning agents, and vendors through Level 1–5 commissioning; verify field tests; review plans and test documentation; manage schedules and issues; and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls problems through closeout.
Requirements
- Experience as an owner's commissioning lead on hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects
- Experience witnessing and signing off Level 1–5 mechanical and electrical testing
- Knowledge of NETA specifications and ASHRAE or BCxA commissioning guidelines
- Experience diagnosing and resolving startup failures
- Experience maintaining commissioning records, issues logs, and turnover packages
Responsibilities
- Direct Level 1–5 commissioning across multiple sites
- Witness and verify pre-functional and functional field testing
- Review commissioning plans, procedures, test scripts, and startup reports
- Own commissioning schedules and issues logs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls startup issues
- Drive responsible parties to resolve defects and close issues
