About the Role
You will provide world-class service to clients via chat, phone, and email. You will present new product features, services, and upgrades based on client needs and interests. You will build strong long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value, share customer feedback to improve products and service offerings, and stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service preferably in the fintech or technology industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
- Ability to problem-solve effectively and work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Positive proactive and customer-first mindset
- Being a Trading or Financial Markets Enthusiast is an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer relations-oriented role is preferred
- Advanced level of German and English
