About the Role

You will provide world-class service to clients via chat, phone, and email. You will present new product features, services, and upgrades based on client needs and interests. You will build strong long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value, share customer feedback to improve products and service offerings, and stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service preferably in the fintech or technology industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Positive proactive and customer-first mindset
  • Being a Trading or Financial Markets Enthusiast is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a customer relations-oriented role is preferred
  • Advanced level of German and English
