About the Role
You will work directly with customers to debug integrations, build proofs of concept, and design solutions. You will create SDKs, prototypes, sample applications, and tools that improve the developer experience. You will identify recurring customer needs, translate them into product improvements, and support early feature adoption through testing and feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Understand problems across the stack, including machine learning, infrastructure, and networking.
- Work closely with end users to understand their problems.
- Identify patterns in customer requests and use them to inform product direction.
- Take action and persist until problems are solved.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to debug integrations, build proofs of concept, and design solutions.
- Build prototypes, SDKs, sample applications, and tools that improve developer experience.
- Collect customer feedback, identify patterns, and translate them into product and engineering improvements.
- Support early feature adoption by testing pre-release features with customers, gathering feedback, and suggesting iterations.
- Help define a world-class customer experience.
