About the Role
You will oversee the daily settlement of Coins.ph on-chain transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, handling transaction processing, service monitoring, and incident reporting. You will monitor and analyze weekly KPIs, identify gaps, and implement strategies to provide an excellent customer experience. You will coordinate with relevant teams whenever crypto deposit or withdrawal issues arise and assist the Customer Experience team in handling and resolving escalated concerns. You will need to stay up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency space and take on other related duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work on mid-shift or night shift
- Experience in Operations, Clearing & Settlement, or Reconciliation at a digital asset firm or financial institution
- Graduate of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent
- Interest in Web3 and basic crypto knowledge
- Passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships and optimizing processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong analytical skills and knowledgeable in Google Suite programs
- Highly flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Thinks fast under pressure and solves problems on the go
- Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily settlement of on-chain transactions including deposits and withdrawals
- Process transactions, monitor services, and handle incident reporting
- Monitor and analyze weekly KPIs and identify gaps and points for improvement
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience
- Coordinate with relevant teams on crypto deposit and withdrawal issues
- Assist the Customer Experience team in resolving escalated crypto deposit and withdrawal concerns
- Follow and understand the latest developments in the cryptocurrency space
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as required
