About the Role

You will create proposal graphics, documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and submission-ready materials. You will turn technical input into clear visual stories, maintain templates and style guides, coordinate production and revisions, complete quality checks, and support presentation and market-information projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field
• Experience working with government and international customers
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Portfolio or work samples

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, and organizational charts
• Design and format proposal documents, executive summaries, slide decks, and bid materials
• Translate technical input into clear visual and written proposal assets
• Maintain proposal templates, style guides, graphic libraries, and reusable visual assets
• Ensure documents and graphics meet brand, accessibility, accuracy, and client requirements
• Support document assembly, formatting, proofreading coordination, quality checks, and final-file preparation
• Track design revisions, production schedules, and submission requirements
• Prepare final digital and print production files
• Improve design and production workflows
• Support business-development presentation materials and market-information gathering
