About the Role
You will own Mural's brand, creative direction, visual identity, website, sales and investor materials, social and event presence, and product interface. You will work directly with engineering, GTM, and the CEO, create design assets yourself, use AI-native tools, and build the creative team as it grows.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating first-principles thinking
- Hands-on experience with Figma or design tools
- Experience with brand identity and product UI/UX
- Comfort using generative AI tools
- High taste and fast execution
- Content marketing or storytelling experience preferred
- Personal website with personal projects preferred
Responsibilities
- Own brand, creative direction, and interface design end to end
- Define Mural's visual identity system
- Design the website, investor materials, sales materials, social content, events, and merchandise
- Create customer-facing creative briefs
- Work directly with engineering and product leads to rethink product flows and interactions
- Partner with GTM and the CEO on interface, launch content, investor materials, and narrative
- Produce working files and finished assets
- Decide which creative work stays in-house or outsourced
- Build the creative team as it grows
