About the Role

You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the French market, taking full responsibility for local growth and performance. You will represent the company at industry events and community gatherings, develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, fintechs, media and influencers, and secure high-quality PR exposure. You will work with marketing, product, compliance and operations to localize the offering and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory developments, provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to leadership, and scale local operations over time, potentially building and leading a dedicated local team.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and native-level French
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing European fintech, crypto or regulated tech company
  • Proven network and ability to build partnerships and brand presence in the French market
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, communication or related field
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto and financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of driving growth and owning market-level performance in a start-up/scale-up
  • Comfort working in regulated industries with strong awareness of compliance and local market requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain PR relationships and secure media exposure
  • Localize the offering and coordinate with marketing, product, compliance and operations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments
  • Drive regional marketing and growth initiatives with central teams
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Scale local operations and recruit and lead a local team over time
