About the Role
Design and operate corporate governance structures supporting business expansion and new ventures. Lead company-wide and group-wide projects, improve consolidated management productivity, manage subsidiaries, and work closely with executives on important management decisions.
Requirements
- Understanding of the business and a mindset to contribute to business promotion
- Ability to execute work with both accuracy and speed
- Ability to correctly understand principles and intent and make flexible decisions according to the situation
- Experience with corporate decision-making processes such as approval committee secretariat work, project PMO, or ringi process improvement is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and operate corporate governance frameworks aligned with business expansion and new ventures
- Conclude company management agreements and handle company incorporation procedures
- Review approval authority and improve committee operations
- Drive company-wide and group-wide projects as PMO for investments, capital changes, and share transfers
- Plan and promote productivity improvement initiatives for consolidated management
- Unify rules across group companies and improve operational efficiency
- Manage subsidiaries, including prior approvals and various applications
