About the Role

You will maintain accurate booking data, support invoicing, allocate incoming payments, follow up on receivables, and assist with collections. You will prepare artist statements and reporting, respond to stakeholder queries, support month-end close activities, participate in process improvements, and provide operational coverage and ad hoc support.

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting finance operations or a similar commercial support role
  • Experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with NetSuite OPAL or similar systems preferred
  • Entertainment media or agency experience advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete client booking information in internal systems
  • Review booking submissions and raise client invoices according to deal terms
  • Allocate and process incoming client payments
  • Track outstanding receivables and support collections and discrepancy resolution
  • Prepare artist statements and financial documentation
  • Respond to client agent and buyer queries
  • Prepare and distribute reporting to agents
  • Conduct check-ins with agents and assistants on booking and financial data
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives
  • Provide coverage for team members during leave
  • Handle ad hoc requests and projects
