Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- High proficiency in web analytics, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Strong knowledge of testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or OptinMonster
- Experience reporting on optimization success and failure
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing and effective website design
- Experience creating wireframes and functional or interaction specifications
- Strong digital proficiency

Responsibilities
- Maintain CRO strategies based on proprietary site-tracking capabilities.
- Contribute to paid acquisition and retention strategies.
- Develop conversion and UX strategies from ideation through execution, reporting, and analysis.
- Recommend improvements to key metrics and KPIs through continuous website testing and UX improvements.
- Create website audits, analytics reviews, user journey analyses, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios, and personas.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research.
- Apply web analytics, user segments, and audience data to optimization.
- Translate testing results into clear, data-driven recommendations for clients.
