You will gather input from subject matter experts, structure complex information, manage several projects, and create reusable learning materials using the available content and learning tools.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of instructional design experience
- Learning theory and content structuring
- Experience creating digital courses, job aids, reference materials, and process documentation
- Writing skills for complex operational material
- Project ownership from needs analysis through delivery, evaluation, and iteration
- Experience working with stakeholders across locations, time zones, and functions
