About the Role

Oversee all phases of construction, including site development, structural and base-building work, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover. Manage costs, schedules, quality, safety, vendors, subcontractors, inspections, change orders, commissioning coordination, building codes, and permitting standards across projects in Childress or Dallas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5+ years in construction management
  • Experience with large commercial or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera or MS Project, and Bluebeam
  • Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior or tenant-improvement build-out
  • Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety
  • Oversee data halls, electrical and mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
  • Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
