About the Role
You will develop, maintain, and enhance written supervisory procedures, controls, and governance documentation. You will translate regulatory requirements into risk-based procedures, assess the control environment, monitor regulatory developments, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and document compliance activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Have experience developing, reviewing, or maintaining policies, procedures, supervisory controls, or governance documentation in a regulated environment
- Develop clear and effective policies, procedures, and governance documentation
- Interpret, synthesize, and apply complex regulatory requirements and business information
- Manage stakeholders and influence outcomes across teams
- Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and drive stakeholder alignment
- Work effectively across functions and organizational levels
- Apply problem-solving and continuous-improvement practices
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance written supervisory procedures, supervisory controls, and governance documentation
- Translate regulatory requirements into risk-based procedures
- Assess and strengthen the supervisory control environment
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve oversight
- Modernize the written supervisory procedure framework
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments
- Provide guidance on supervisory practices, controls, and regulatory expectations
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and working sessions
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation
- Document compliance activities, decisions, feedback, and outcomes
