About the Role

Run and grow zkLink's online and offline communities by managing Discord and Telegram, creating educational content, moderating conversations, handling member questions, coordinating events, running AMAs and webinars, managing moderators and ambassadors, analyzing engagement metrics, and reporting insights. This is a remote contract role with weekly calls in the Singapore time zone and attendance at in-person events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management and engagement strategies
• Expert-level experience managing, configuring, and securing Discord
• Experience managing Telegram communities
• Ability to analyze community data and trends to drive growth
• Experience organizing events, AMAs, and webinars
• Experience managing moderators and ambassador programs
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proactive, creative, and able to execute quickly
• Available to join weekly calls in the Singapore time zone
• Passion for crypto, Web3, and decentralized finance
• Immersion in the Web3, DeFi, and crypto social media ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand community presence on Discord and Telegram
• Create educational content
• Moderate discussions to maintain an active and informed community
• Cultivate relationships with community members and address inquiries and concerns
• Organize and coordinate community events, webinars, and AMAs
• Manage moderators and ambassadors to ensure high engagement
• Provide regular reports and insights on community engagement and sentiment
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Organize and attend in-person events and act as a public spokesperson
