About the Role

You will build and maintain authentic relationships across Australian crypto communities and represent the brand at relevant meetups, conferences, and events. You will manage local social channels, create and curate locally relevant content, and encourage meaningful discussions in owned community channels. You will support community-event planning and execution, identify high-potential communities with Affiliate Business Development Managers, and share community feedback with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Affiliate stakeholders. You will also localise campaigns for Australia and track engagement, sentiment, growth, and acquisition metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or content marketing
• Demonstrable presence in or connection to Australian crypto communities
• Understanding of crypto trading, DeFi, and the digital asset ecosystem
• Ability to create engaging platform-native content
• Experience organizing or supporting in-person meetups, events, or activations
• Ability to act as a public-facing brand representative and communicate confidently online and in person
• Stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to track and report engagement, sentiment, and growth metrics

Responsibilities

• Identify, join, and participate in Australian crypto trading communities across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and other platforms
• Build relationships with community members, moderators, and local ecosystem participants
• Attend meetups, conferences, and community events to represent the brand and strengthen local presence
• Educate and introduce community members to the platform
• Manage and grow local Australian social media presence
• Create and curate locally relevant content for Australian traders and crypto enthusiasts
• Foster engagement and meaningful discussions across owned community channels
• Support the planning and execution of community events and activations
• Identify high-potential communities with Affiliate Business Development Managers and facilitate introductions for affiliate partnerships
• Gather community insights and feedback and share them with internal stakeholders
• Localise campaigns and community initiatives for Australia
• Track and report community growth, engagement, sentiment, acquisition opportunities, metrics, and learnings
