About the Role
You will act as a collateral subject matter expert for digital asset operations and contribute to workstreams that deliver new capabilities. You will align value streams, manage interdependencies, establish risk controls, support testing in UAT and production, manage risks and resources, and provide clear updates to functional and digital asset operations leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in a custody environment
- Experience with custody systems process flows and day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of collateral systems data flows and operating models preferred
- Experience in collateral or general custody operations
- Working knowledge of collateral or general custody processes
- Experience executing projects as a critical stakeholder
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline
- Experience with digital assets and wallets preferred
- Knowledge of distributed ledger technology and tokenization preferred
- Excellent communication and escalation skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and with external stakeholders
- Time management and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in digital asset operations workstreams as a collateral subject matter expert
- Align value streams and manage interdependencies
- Establish risk control procedures
- Partner with testing teams in UAT and production
- Manage workstream risks and resources
- Coordinate stakeholder communications
- Provide regular workstream delivery reports
- Review new operating models for viability and infrastructure alignment
- Escalate risks and decision points
