About the Role
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, automate deployment and rollback processes, lead incident resolution, establish security and compliance controls, build observability systems, provision infrastructure with IaC, design highly available environments, and operate Kubernetes, Docker, and GPU infrastructure for AI workloads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong programming or scripting skills in Go, Python, Shell, or another major language
- Experience with public or hybrid cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud
- Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes
- Expert knowledge of Linux and networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, and VPCs
- Understanding of CI/CD, IaC, observability, and SRE principles
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK
- Experience with MLOps, model serving, GPU clusters, or large-scale distributed systems preferred
- Familiarity with Zero Trust, DevSecOps, SOC2, and ISO27001 preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications and machine learning models
- Automate build, testing, deployment, and rollback processes
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during major incidents
- Implement system stability, security, access-control, secrets-management, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with R&D, data science, security, and business teams
- Architect monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Provision reproducible infrastructure across cloud environments using IaC
- Design high-availability architectures, disaster recovery, self-healing, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Build and scale Kubernetes and Docker infrastructure
- Manage GPU clusters for AI workloads and model inferencing
