About the Role

You will own the clinical research and evaluation agenda for global-health deployments. You will design validation frameworks for accuracy, safety, multilingual performance, and real-world use; define outcome metrics; shape point-of-care safeguards; translate care-delivery insights into product improvements; and travel to research and partner sites.

Requirements

• Medical training and clinical practice experience, such as MD, GP, MBBS, or equivalent
• Direct experience delivering clinical care
• Understanding of clinical and care-delivery workflows in low- and middle-income countries
• Experience evaluating or validating clinical AI or machine-learning tools
• Expertise in clinical research and evidence generation for digital health or AI tools
• Knowledge of clinical-AI regulation, WHO processes, LMIC national regulatory authorities, and research ethics
• Experience building research partnerships with academic and in-country researchers

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical research and evaluation agenda for global-health deployments
• Design clinical evaluations and validation frameworks for accuracy, safety, multilingual performance, and real-world conditions
• Develop theories of change and outcome metrics for care quality, health-worker performance, and patient outcomes
• Shape product safeguards for safe and usable point-of-care use
• Translate low-resource care-delivery workflows into product improvements
• Contribute to adjacent workstreams and overall strategy
• Travel to research and partner sites approximately 25% of the time
