About the Role

You will provide clinical and translational expertise for digital twin and data-generation programs. You will help prioritize clinical questions, modalities, datasets, and endpoints; review model outputs; develop scientifically credible narratives; and advise on academic and pharmaceutical research partnerships.

Requirements

• MD/PhD with active or recent Principal Investigator experience designing and analyzing clinical studies
• Deep onco-immunology expertise, including IO mechanisms, response and resistance biology, tumor microenvironment biology, and IO combinations
• Working understanding of and interest in machine learning and foundation models applied to pathology, transcriptomics, and multimodal data integration
• Ability to collaborate with scientific, clinical, and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort working in a startup environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities

Responsibilities

• Support prioritization of clinical questions and modalities across training and validation cohorts
• Provide clinical input on tissues, drug classes, diseases, modalities, metadata, endpoints, and patient annotations
• Identify clinically relevant tasks such as response prediction, toxicity prediction, biomarker discovery, indication expansion, and trial enrichment
• Review model outputs and scientific results
• Translate model behavior into clinically credible language for pharmaceutical, key opinion leader, and regulatory audiences
• Support connections with academic investigators and advise on partnership structures
• Support discussions with pharmaceutical R&D teams and advise on positioning model claims
