The Chief Operating Officer will develop and execute marketing and communications strategies, promote the brand, increase adoption, drive community engagement, lead cross-functional teams, manage financial planning, oversee risk and compliance, and evaluate technology solutions.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Strong knowledge of the crypto industry including market trends, competitors, and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Crypto native or DeFi experience is a plus
