About the Role

you will drive AI powered automation and strategic operations for the CEO. you map and eliminate manual tasks in the CEO workflow and build a personal operating system for the CEO covering meeting prep, decision logging, action tracking, and async update flows. you audit all departments for manual, repetitive workflows and drive company wide implementations using Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent. you own the investor pipeline end to end, prepare investor materials such as pitch decks and data rooms, and manage proactive outreach while tracking pipeline status. you partner with HR to design a performance review framework and build real time visibility into team performance with dashboards and reports. you help shape org design decisions and structure onboarding before each hiring wave. you lead strategic projects and initiatives and help structure ad hoc initiatives early to prevent CEO bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on with AI and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent) — can build and ship independently, not just evaluate.
  • Systems builder: designs frameworks that run without you — processes, not one-off fixes.
  • Discretion and trust: handles sensitive investor, board, and people information without leakage or misuse.
  • Proven in a high-growth environment (Series A+): has operated close to a CEO, owned cross-functional projects, and delivered without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

  • Process Automation — CEO Level
  • Map and eliminate manual tasks in the CEO's workflow
  • Build and maintain a personal operating system for the CEO covering areas below and more: meeting prep, decision logging, action tracking, and async update flows.
  • Process Automation — Company-Wide
  • Audit all departments for manual, repetitive workflows
  • Drive implementation across teams using Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent
  • Investor Relations
  • Own the investor pipeline end-to-end: CRM updated weekly, zero missed follow-ups, all commitments logged and closed.
  • Prepare all investor materials — pitch decks, data room, update memos
  • Run the process of proactive outreach: identify target investors, draft personalised messages, and manage sequencing without CEO involvement.
  • Track and report investor pipeline status to the CEO.
  • People Performance & HR Infrastructure
  • Partner with HR to design and deploy a performance review framework
  • Build real-time team-wide visibility into team performance: dashboards / reporting that surface blockers and progress without requiring manual status updates.
  • Support org design decisions as Tangem scales: role definitions, reporting lines, and onboarding structured before each hiring wave.
  • Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives
  • Help run high-priority cross-functional initiatives that lack a clear owner.
  • Identify and structure ad-hoc strategic projects (new market entry, M&A opportunities, key partnerships, operational pivots) early enough to prevent them from becoming CEO bottlenecks.
