About the Role
YOU will recruit and manage the CEO s executive and personal assistants You will build AI infrastructure that gives the CEO leverage including personal agents workflow automations and internal tooling You will take on a meaningful share of operational and administrative load off the CEO so the CEO can focus on strategy and product You will ensure no ball is dropped You will ensure context flows to everyone who needs it You will run a direct feedback loop gathering signals from the team partners clients and prospects You will prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions by gathering context drafting documents and pre thinking options so time in the room is spent deciding And you will step in on bespoke high priority projects wherever the company needs extra leverage
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years in a fast paced operating strategy consulting banking or analytical role
- Technical background
- English fluency
- AI native
- Very strong analytical mindset
- Comfort operating in fast-changing ambiguous contexts
- Clear and crisp async communication
- Hungry high-energy and adaptable to a relentless pace
- Low ego
