About the Role
Design and implement security environments for crypto-related services in Japan and abroad. Strengthen product security during global expansion, support secure development, conduct risk analysis, provide technical support, and develop security incident response processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in security-related organizations
- Practical programming or server setup experience
- Hands-on system design and implementation experience
- Experience designing, building, and operating network and security products
- Experience delivering security solutions from selection through validation and implementation
- Experience planning and executing product security enhancements
- Experience in vulnerability assessment or penetration testing
- Experience in risk analysis and technical consulting
- Experience applying threat modeling
- Real-world security incident response experience
- Business-level English and fluent Japanese
- Security project lead experience involving multiple members
- Experience launching and operating SOC or CSIRT functions
- PSIRT or CSIRT incident response experience
- Security project experience in financial institutions
- Knowledge of FISC guidelines and PCI DSS
- Security research experience
- Vulnerability management experience
- Network or security certifications
- AWS security certification and practical AWS security experience
- Application development and web application validation experience
- Experience reporting vulnerabilities or obtaining CVE identifiers
- Risk assessment experience using MITRE or CIS Controls
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and implement security environments for crypto-related services in Japan and abroad
