About the Role

Design and implement security environments for crypto-related services in Japan and abroad. Strengthen product security during global expansion, support secure development, conduct risk analysis, provide technical support, and develop security incident response processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in security-related organizations
  • Practical programming or server setup experience
  • Hands-on system design and implementation experience
  • Experience designing, building, and operating network and security products
  • Experience delivering security solutions from selection through validation and implementation
  • Experience planning and executing product security enhancements
  • Experience in vulnerability assessment or penetration testing
  • Experience in risk analysis and technical consulting
  • Experience applying threat modeling
  • Real-world security incident response experience
  • Business-level English and fluent Japanese
  • Security project lead experience involving multiple members
  • Experience launching and operating SOC or CSIRT functions
  • PSIRT or CSIRT incident response experience
  • Security project experience in financial institutions
  • Knowledge of FISC guidelines and PCI DSS
  • Security research experience
  • Vulnerability management experience
  • Network or security certifications
  • AWS security certification and practical AWS security experience
  • Application development and web application validation experience
  • Experience reporting vulnerabilities or obtaining CVE identifiers
  • Risk assessment experience using MITRE or CIS Controls
