About the Role

You will manage the galley efficiently, prepare and deliver quality meals to guests and crew according to the menu, run kitchen or galley operations, control food costs and portions, and maintain food quality, presentation, safety, and consistency during domestic and international voyages.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial kitchen experience
• Understanding of food cost and portion control
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Personal presentation
• Customer service skills
• Kitchen or galley operations experience
• Food safety knowledge
• Safe working practices
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
• First Aid and CPR
• Passport
