About the Role

You will operate and monitor automated adapters and storage systems to maintain throughput and uptime. You will perform inspections, recover equipment, prepare pallets, troubleshoot stoppages through HMI terminals, maintain robotic vehicles, and escalate production issues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with mechanical automation systems or equivalent education or training
• Perform system inspections, cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checking, current measurements, and electrical-system checks
• Prioritize work to maximize automated-cell uptime and throughput
• Work safely
• Work independently using procedures and manuals
• Multitask across multiple job functions

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters
• Process and monitor automated storage and retrieval system flow
• Prepare pallets for induction into the storage and retrieval system
• Assess system stoppages and return equipment to service using HMI terminals and manual intervention
• Escalate production-impacting issues to operational leadership
• Support uptime through system preservation, robot recovery, suspect removal, and bot-health actions
• Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, tolerance checks, and component validation
• Report out-of-spec conditions and perform root-cause corrective actions
• Maintain rover bots, including wheels, ESD brushes, and sensors
• Recover automated robotic vehicles in restrictive environments
