About the Role
You will deliver the campus recruitment strategy for graduate and internship opportunities, identify talent across APAC, and guide candidates through selection. You will organize recruitment events, source and map talent, support employer branding and experienced hiring, and improve hiring strategies using data, feedback, and market insights.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of campus and experienced recruitment experience
- Experience executing tailored marketing campaigns
- In-house recruitment experience
- Trading or global markets recruitment experience
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the campus recruitment strategy for graduate and internship opportunities
- Identify suitable talent across the APAC region
- Schedule interviews and facilitate assessments
- Maintain candidate communication throughout selection
- Plan and represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and competitions
- Source and map talent using social media and other channels
- Deliver regional employer-branding initiatives
- Support experienced replacement hiring
- Contribute to global recruitment projects
- Improve hiring strategies using data, feedback, and market insights
