About the Role
You will support mission-critical product operations by traveling to operational sites, onboarding customers, and maintaining secure logistics and inventory. You will analyze and improve operational workflows, develop and maintain SOPs, track KPIs, assess and mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance in high-security environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use standard office and project management tools to document processes and drive consistent, secure operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
- Leadership experience in logistics, operations, or project management
- 5+ years professional experience in operational readiness, logistics, or process improvement (or equivalent military experience)
- Experience in roles such as Operations Officer, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Manager, or Program Manager
- Familiarity with mission-critical operations, inventory management, or cybersecurity in secure environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience with project management software such as Jira and Confluence
- Preferred familiarity with defense compliance standards such as NIST and DFARS
- Interest in cybersecurity or cryptographic systems
- U.S. military service member transitioning through the DoD SkillBridge program
Responsibilities
