Resolv has built a new stablecoin architecture that is backed by ETH, BTC, and derivatives (delta-neutral strategy), and protected from crypto market movements by construction. While delta-neutral backing provides great benefits, it also comes with risks. That is why Resolv isolated these risks from the stablecoin and channeled them into a scalable tokenized protection layer, represented by Resolv Liquidity Pool (RLP), which is great for leveraged delta-neutral yield farming. Minting and redeeming USR for other stablecoins is on 1:1 basis. USR is not exposed to delta-neutral strategy risks as the protection layer takes care of it. Resolv collateral pool picks up profits from staking ETH and hedging, generating yield for stUSR holders on a daily basis. It is backed by staked ETH on Ethereum mainnet and is auditable on-chain.

About the Role

You will build traction across liquidity providers trading venues and other market players. You will generate B2B leads targeting funds large accounts and crypto treasuries and design distribution strategies for wallets and exchanges. You will run growth experiments test outreach hypotheses and execute hands-on to iterate fast. You will help recruit and shape the BizDev function and coordinate with marketing and product to scale outreach.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in crypto business development
  • Experience in DeFi preferred
  • Growth mindset and hypothesis-driven approach
  • Hands-on execution and operational skills
  • Experience with B2B lead generation and GTM
  • Experience in zero-to-one environments and building teams
  • Familiarity with crypto market segments such as funds exchanges and treasuries
