About the Role

You will lead the development and management of strategic partnerships across the blockchain ecosystem to accelerate Superchain adoption. You will create and own strategy frameworks for key verticals, work with product, marketing, and sales to align partnership goals, and represent the Superchain credibly to external partners. You will run large cross-functional strategic projects, drive key decisions, and track partnership KPIs. You will stay current on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience establishing and structuring partnerships in blockchain and web3
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain landscape including infrastructure and use cases for DeFi, gaming, and NFT
  • Ability to identify pursue and close complex partnerships
  • Experience driving alignment among internal stakeholders for strategic decisions
  • Experience working closely with Product teams to ensure technical feasibility
  • High level of ownership and autonomy
  • Ability to present and speak publicly to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities
  • Lead large high-priority cross-functional strategic projects and drive decisions with significant company impact
