About the Role
You will maintain and ship features to a custom Solana node, improve a Solana multi-transaction simulator for high throughput and complex scenarios, monitor and adopt Solana ecosystem features, write and deploy Solana smart contracts when necessary, and contribute to engineering practices that improve developer experience and production reliability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience
- 1+ years of full-time experience working with Rust
- 1+ years of full-time experience working with EVM technologies
- Experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
Responsibilities
- Maintain and ship features to a custom Solana node
- Improve the proprietary Solana multi-transaction simulator
- Monitor and adopt new Solana ecosystem features and update products to support them
- Write and deploy Solana smart contracts when necessary
- Drive engineering practices that improve developer experience and attract talent
