About the Role
You'll dive into researching and building blockchain protocols, modules, technologies, and algorithms for the Mantle Network ecosystem. You'll prepare detailed design documents and testing strategies based on requirements, and you'll get to share your technical expertise within the team. You'll also support the community through clear communication and thorough documentation, helping strengthen the broader ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 1–5 years of work experience, with design and development experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related areas
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, with the ability to quickly conduct POC development and validation
- Proficient in programming languages such as Go and Rust; highly skilled in smart contract development using Solidity
- Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain, familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms and their core algorithms
- Experience contributing to or developing on open-source blockchain projects (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Optimism) is preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Track record of R&D and execution of open source projects on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum/Cosmos/OP or ZK Rollup is a plus
